I’m Taryn Hand (she/hers), a sports and eating disorder Registered Dietitian Nutritionist located in Eugene, Oregon and serving clients across Oregon and various other states virtually.
My goal is to support you in cultivating a positive relationship with food, body and movement so that you can take on any adventure. Through my person-centered, non-diet and weight neutral approach, I’m here to be your trail guide to finding peace with food and your body.
