I’m Taryn (she/hers), a sports and eating disorder dietitian located in Eugene, Oregon (aka TrackTown USA!)
My goal is to help you to cultivate a positive relationship with food and movement so that you can take on any adventure. Through my person-centered, non-diet and weight neutral approach, I’m here to be your trail guide to finding peace with food and your body.
